Our priorities are:
- To enable our children to achieve their full potential
- To provide excellent learning and teaching so that we raise standards and levels of achievement
- To enable our children to be independent learners
- To recognise that all people are equal and that we can care for and respect each other whilst celebrating differences between cultures
- To help our children prepare for citizenship and equip them for their economic future
- To support our children to be creative in their thinking and doing
- To be able to have a healthy lifestyle
Our School Improvement Plan is written with the above aims in mind and based on information from a range of sources including OFSTED inspections, monitoring in school, research findings as well as listening to the voice of all our stakeholders: pupils, staff, parents and governors.
